Easy Web Rent is a cloud-based rental-management platform. Depending on the selected plan and configuration, it may include reservations, rental agreements, fleet and customer records, online booking, payments, reports, integrations, and API access.
Contracts and order documents
Your commercial relationship may be governed by an order form, proposal, subscription confirmation, implementation scope, data-processing addendum, and the Terms of Service. Where documents conflict, the signed order form or negotiated agreement takes priority for the matters it specifically covers.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully, protect account credentials, obtain necessary permissions for uploaded data, and avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Intellectual property
The Easy Web Rent software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain ownership of the business data they submit, subject to the permissions necessary to provide the service.
